This cleaning solution was designed by the owner, Timothy Dahlen Jr. after years of experience in the power washing business. He realized how power washing damages surfaces that just needed to be cleaned not power washed.
Power washing is high pressurized water which strips paint and damages wood grain creating a light fur on the surface which then needs to be sanded and painted causing the home owner unnecessary expense.
Cleaview Window Cleaning and House Washing Service has developed a low-pressure application for our cleaning solution. This system works for a desired amount of time, depending on the severity of the job, before turning to a neutral state, thus not harming surrounding vegetation.
Our patented system is not sold in stores. Our cleaning solution contains Mildacide and Algacide which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Our methods will clean and prevent rotting of wood, making it last for years.
